The menu will consist of making 4 types of pasta doughs. You will get to hand cut the doughs as well as work with the pasta machine. I cater to a wide range of diets and can organise the menu for the group according to dietary preferences and allergies, on request. You will then watch and help me out in making 2 sauces to go with the pasta. We will also assemble a dessert together and finally, after all that hard work, we’ll sit down to a meal.

A sample menu looks like this:
APPETISERS:
- Zucchini and Parmesan fritters in chickpea dough
- A selection of bruschette with a selection of condiments (I usually like to go to the market a day before or even several hours before the class commences to get inspired!)

MAIN MEAL:
- Beetroot and spinach dough pastas paired with a stracciatella or ricotta and walnut pesto
- Cocoa and classic dough pasta paired with a tomato and meat sauce

DESSERT:
- Classic tiramisù OR a ricotta and cherry tart OR a seasonal item
