All dishes are cooked on the spot with fresh and genuine.
We offer traditional tuscan delicacies -from lasagna to ribollita, crostini with patè di fegato (chicken liver paste) and then sausage and baked beans, pasta with tomato sauce and our famous street food : la trippa and lampredotto (a popular peasant dish in Florence) all accompanied of course by a good Chianti wine, recommended by Paolo.

For dessert, we will have my famous English soup and crushed florentine with cream.

For the most demanding palates will be able to enjoy a great cous cous with meat and vegetables or a spicy meat chili.
