Finger food consisting of parmesan and curry

Radicchio lettuce with Asiago cheese and bacon
Fagottini of ricotta and spinach with a coulis of parsley and chestnuts
Sicilian style meat rolls with salted spinach and small onions sweet and sour
Chocolate cake with whipped cream and sour cherries.
Coffee and special homemade liquers
Homemade bread with sourdough and slow leavening


You can easily reach the place , by bus form the downtown. Bus stop at the railway station or near Duomo. 5 minutes from the airport - about 9 euros. From the center with no traffic jam takes 10 minutes and in a few bus stop you reach the stop called Istituto geografico Militare, just cross the road and few steps onward that's the house!

I had an incredible dinner with Patrizia and cannot recommend her more highly! Prior to the event, she informed me that I would be dining alone with her, and suggested that I move my reservation to 2 days later, when a large group would be attending. Unfortunately, this wouldn't work for me, as I would be departing Italy then. Patrizia was kind enough to accommodate me anyway, and I cannot thank her enough for this! As for the dinner itself, I had a spectacular time creating ravioli and tagliatelle, with Patrizia's helpful guidance of course! We also had several other dishes which had been prepped earlier, including some delicious treats at the end! Last but not least, Patrizia is a joy to converse with, and we chatted about our backgrounds over delicious food. If you find yourself in Florence, this is a unique experience that you will not want to miss!

If you're trying to choose from all the listings, STOP! This is it! The Patrizia you see in the picture is exactly what you get. SHE is wonderful-very warm and hospitable. She made us feel so at home. The food was absolutely phenomenal. Everything was homemade - focaccia, ravioli, tiramisu - and so much more! A lovely evening and a new friend who I'll always treasure!

We were welcomed with a smile, hug, and genuine happiness! This was my first ever bonappetour experience and I am so happy to have done it with Patrizia! It was just two of us for the earlier learning how to make pasta portion of the evening, followed by 6 other guest for the dining experience. The time flew by as it was full of laughter, great conversation, company, and not to mention delicious food. I am no pro at cooking, but it was such a fun experience and Patrizia made it very easy so I didn't feel too bad about myself. We were even given the leftovers for the next day so we could eat our own pasta with some sauce she scooped into a jar for us. Dinner consisted of course after course after course of delicious food. Everyone was stuffed and we weren't even able to make a dent in some dishes. Be prepared to ration out your food so you have room for all the dishes to come plus desert. Overall a really lovely time. Thank you so much Patrizia! You made our stay in Florence all the better by meeting you.

Grazie Patrizia for a wonderful evening! We began the preparations for dinner with a glass of Lambrusco as we actually made two types of pasta - tagliatelle and ravioli. What a delight to learn how uncomplicated a delicious meal can be! After cooking, we were served at least 6 beautiful and delicious courses. Patrizia showed us that by using the freshest ingredients, the food is simple but divine. We are looking forward to making lots of fresh pasta once we return home - a perfect souvenir from our visit to Florence. Also, we will be sharing a few Louisiana recipes with Patrizia too!
