Nadia and Matteo are amazing cooks and people! As three American college students we do not know too much about Italian cooking so it was exciting for us to see how they worked in the kitchen. They shared cooking tips, their favorite ingredients to buy, and Matteo's family recipe for a red tomato sauce. We home made gnocchi and strawberry tiramisu. We had fun listening to their stories of Rome and asked them plenty of questions about the city and Italian life. Thanks for your patience, advice, and cooking skills Carettos, see you next time we're in Rome!

Nadia and Mateo were wonderful! Our dinner was delicious and Mateo is an extraordinary musician and he played his guitar for us at the end of the evening. They kept the cooking instructions simple. My kids said this was one of their favorite experiences while in Rome.
