Originally from Malaysia I have been living in Hong Kong for 28 years previously working in the travel industry. During the course of my travels I developed a passion for different types of delicious cuisine, I continued to pursue my interest by setting up a private kitchen from my cosy home in Sai Kung. Completed the full course in French cuisine with Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School my heart lies with cooking authentic Malay, Mediterranean, Northern Indian food which comes naturally, I do love South African cuisine too having lived there for 7 years, it has unique combination of old and modern flavours. I enjoy sourcing out local vegetables and herbs, experimenting and combining exotic Asian flavours with a Western twist to create nutritious, well balanced and tasty meals. It brings joy and pleasure to see family and friends enjoying home cooking in a warm and fun environment with good wines and company.
