ABOUT THEEXPERIENCE

Hi I am Jennifer! I have traveled to, and lived in numerous cities around the world. I enjoy cooking and have trained in French cuisine in Cordon Bleu Culinary School. I like to focus on cooking food from the heart that is authentic and tasty using fresh herbs and toasted spices marinating the meat overnight to enhance its flavours.

I will like to invite you to my house in Sai Kung for dinner! It starts with a welcome drink and canapes, followed by a complete course with appetizer, entree, dessert, coffee/tea and home made cookies.

Feel free to bring your own drinks if you like, we don't have corkage charge here. I also have a collection of South African, New Zealand and Australian wines that you can pair with your meal at a affordable price.

ABOUT THEMENU

I like to serve my guests food that is made from the best ingredients I can find. The lamb and beef is mostly from New Zealand, mussels and tuna from Canada and rest of fresh seafood is locally sourced (Sai Kung is famed for its fresh seafood offers).

I will serve you:
Moules marinière - Sailor-style mussels cooked in wine
Roast rib eye beef with fondant potatoes, glazed asparagus, baby carrots, jus
Lime lemon tart with fresh berries

While I am trained in French Cuisine, I also harbor a strong passion for authentic Malay, Cape Malay and South African, Mediterranean, and Northern Indian cuisine. If you are feeling adventurous, feel free to "mix it up" and order some extra entrees from different cuisines (at an additional 98 HKD)! Ask me about it and I can give you more recommendations!

Traditional Malay: Satays - seasoned grilled meat skewers served with a sauce
Cape Malay and South African: Roasted prawns and calamaris

ABOUT THELOCATION

I have a cosy ground floor apartment with a patio for smokers in a quiet green area in Sai Kung which is walking distance to old town. There is a mini bus that runs every 10 minutes from Sai Kung to my place and back. I have a pet cat Soni. Dogs are welcomed in the patio.
