ABOUT THEEXPERIENCE
If you have been dreaming of having the ultimate foodie experience in Paris then look no further. Come experience a typical Parisian dining experience at my place.
First, we'll have an apéritif in my living room decorated with XVIIIth century woodworks, paintings and furniture. We'll then move on to the dining room where I will serve you a three course meal and you can experience French food with a local. I've been brought up with French dishes such as Boeuf Bourguignon (classic French beef stew), Petit Salé aux Lentilles (a stew of boiled cured pork belly with puy letils), Hachis Parmentier (similar to a Cottage Pie), but I like adding a touch of modernity to it. My inspiration comes from the vibrant Parisian cooking scene, as well as the seasons and produce it brings to the market. My cooking thus varies from one season to another and I cook only with the freshest ingredients in order to make a delightful, tasty and memorable meal.
Wine will also be served. I have my own cellar but please let me know if you have any specific requests.
ABOUT THELOCATION
I live steps away of the Champs-Elysées in a typical Haussmanian appartment built in the 19th century. It is very central with a lot of public transportation and taxi stations around. The surroundings include some major museums such as the Grand Palais, the Petit Palais, the Jacquemart-André museum, the Musée du Jeu de paume for photography and l'Orangerie where Monet's nympheas are on display. The Modern art museum is also at walking distance as well the Galliera Museum. It's perfect to come here for a lesson in French cooking after a day exploring the capital!

Florence was a very gracious hostess and a good conversationalist. The spacious, gilded apartment is beautiful, decorated in the old-world style with art, orchids, and antiques. Of course, the food was excellent. Florence is a chef who also teaches cooking, and every dish she prepared, from appetizers to dessert were a concert of flavors and texture.
