We are delighted to welcome you into our home to experience the marvellous taste of Venezuela in Paris! This is a great experience for expats in Paris looking to try some exotic dishes with multicultural locals or anyone keen on trying authentic Venezuelan food. It is also one of the very few gluten-free dining experiences in Paris!
Commonly enjoyed as a snack or light night food, “Arepas” are a staple part of the diverse Venezuelan cooking no which region you come from! Its cooking dates back to hundreds of years ago in Venezuela when Arepas were first cooked by indigenous tribes that lived on the northern tip of South America. It is interesting to note that the word Arepa traces its roots to the indigenous word “Arepa”, which means corn.
Today, Arepas widely popular in Venezuelan cuisine. Imagine a corn tortilla crossed with a tamale, all in an English muffin shape. The best part? Having been made from precooked or raw cornflour, it is gluten free!

ABOUT THELOCATION
Located close to the famous "Place des Vosges", we live in a brand-new apartment with both European and Venezuelan influences. It is recognised as a Historical Part of Paris and located in the very trendy Marais district. The street was opened in 1597and reflects a rich history that is not to be missed! So, it is worth taking a stroll around the local area before or after this crepe making class in Paris

I alway have a fantastic meal with these two brothers. They are very friendly and attentive. The menu proposed makes you travel to south america! "Arepas" are original and delicious! If you like Venezuelan cuisine or you have not tried it yet, you must go! Great food, excellent service and atmosphere! Highly recommended!

We love going to gaby's and krlos's home restaurant, it is not only full of taste it is also full of funny stories, these guys are the best to have a very nice moment. They have very good tips to travel around, specially to visit Paris and of course to travel to all around the world!, what is so cool about them is their very rich cultural background! The food is absolutely good; the best Venezuelan food I have eaten! 100 % recommended!!!

Je suis allé manger avec des amis chez Gaby et Krlos. Nous avons pu profiter d'un repas typiquement vénézuélien et j'ai vraiment adoré cette nourriture! Beaucoup de soin dans la préparation, très belle présentation, j'ai vraiment pu voyager en Amérique du Sud grâce à ces plats délicieux. Je vous encourage vraiment à aller tester ce repas les yeux fermés, vous m'en direz des nouvelles!!!!!! En plus: Gaby et Krlos sont vraiment des gens super souriant et sympathiques, cela fait vraiment plaisir.
