ABOUT THEEXPERIENCE

Come join me in a modernist mansion in Cosme Velho for a Brazilian cooking class and caipirinha workshop! Learn how to a cook a delicious traditional dish - Brazilian fish or shrimp stew, as well as how to make your own caipirinhas with different fruits. Experience genuine Brazilian hospitality in a multicultural home in the South Zone of Rio de Janeiro.

On your arrival we start with a welcome drink and an exotic fruit tasting. After that we move on to the cooking class and, as our dish cooks you will learn how to make (and drink!!) three different caipirinhas. Lunch will be served by the pool in the shade of an ancient mango tree.

Don't forget your swimming gear to enjoy a perfect day!

ABOUT THELOCATION

Our home is situated on a beautiful, green valley in a residential area, a perfect place to experience the carioca (locals) way of life. Cosme Velho is the old consular district and consequently one of Rio's most charming neighborhoods with many fine old houses and lively shopping streets. It is also surrounded by jungle and home to the train that takes visitors up Corcovado to the globally famous Christ The Redeemer statue.
