ABOUT THEEXPERIENCE

I love to travel and discover new tastes and new food during my travels as photographer. I often love to recreate new dishes that I have picked up during my travels, but in my own style, adding some of my Italian influences to the dishes.

I have been to India many times and I really like Indian food. This menu is a non-vegetarian menu, similar to many menus in North India

PAPPADUMS (sfogliatine di farina di lenticchie) -red lentils puffs
RISO BASMATI con POLLO AL CURRY- basmati rice with chicken curry
REITA (insalata rinfrescante con yogurt) - mixed salad with yogurt
VERDURE AL COCCO SPEZIATE- vegetables cooked with coconut milk and spices
DOLCETTI INDIANI - indian small cakes
VINO BIANCO SECCO (2 bicchieri) o a richiesta LASSI (yogurt con acqua e sale) - 2 glasses of white wine or, on request, 2 glasses of LASSI (salted yogurt and mineral water)
minimo 3, massimo 4 persone / for 3/4 people

ABOUT THELOCATION

I live in a safe neighbourhood, not far from Fair District. It is possible to reach my house by bus or by car.
Free parking on the road.
