When you’re on holiday it isn’t always easy to find satisfying meals for a vegan diet and fun activities that are sustainable and ethic. This can be more obvious of a challenge when the country you’re visiting has a culinary tradition that is firmly based on meat and dairy. You’ve come all the way here to experience the capital city of Budapest and it would be a shame to have to miss out on the fantastic local flavors and traditional dishes! Fortunately, you have a friend in the city already:
Hello! I am Kamila and I specialize in vegan cooking lessons for couples and groups.
In my centrally located home & spacious, filled with light and professional equipment kitchen, I am able to offer a bit of respite for the weary traveler who not only is navigating a new city, but also searching for satisfying meals that fit your needs. I have travelled around the world lending me a deep understanding the crucial role food plays when visiting a foreign country. Please allow me to share veganized Hungarian classics with you through three-course workshops that are hands-on experience.
The price includes:

The workshops are fully inclusive of all food and beverage costs. Upon arrival guests are welcomed with refreshments such as tea, filtered water, soft drinks and pálinka (traditional Hungarian fruit brandy) tasting. Guests will also be provided with recipes (e-mailed during the class) along with my guidance, kitchenware and utensils, and use of aprons.
Around my home kitchen studio there are many historical and touristic places you can visit. Such as Gellért Thermal Bath, Liberty bridge, and famous Central Market Hall.
