Fancy spending some time in the comfort of a local's home, rolling out homemade pasta dough and filling your own ravioli? Then book a class with me as I show you firsthand how you can recreate this versatile plate at home for you and your loved ones.The sky's the limit to your choice of fillings. You wil get an insight to traditional Italian recipes from various regions as a guide on how to customise your own. We'll be making a dessert together as well! Afterwards, we’ll have a sit down meal to relish all your hard work.


Please select 1 sauce:
1) al sole (summer special!) - a recipe created from a trip to the Amalfi Coast. Circular flour discs encasing a ricotta and homemade lemon confit filling, in a white wine and seafood sauce. (Vegetarian option available)
2) alla crema di piselli in salsa di noce e formaggio - ravioli with pea and mint filling, served with a cheese and walnut sauce (vegetarian)
3) di ricotta e spinaci in burro e salvia - ravioli with ricotta and spinach filling, sauteed in butter and sage (vegetarian)
4) di olive, pere e mandorle - ravioli with olive, pear and almond filling. An original recipe from our kitchen. Sauce can be meat or cheese-based. Please check directly with us!
5) ravioli alle melanzane - ravioli with roasted eggplant and onion filling, in a tomato sauce with basil
6) al ragu - ricotta-spinach or mixed cheese or stracchino filling, served with a meat and tomato sauce
7) alla ricotta e basilico con salsa rossa - ricotta and basil filling in a tomato and bell pepper sauce

For dessert, I offer a choice of:
1) Tiramisu classico - the classic tiramisu recipe with pasteurized eggs, mascarpone, sugar, coffee and cocoa (optional: Marsala)
2) Tiramisù al limone - savoiardi, limoncello syrup, lemon-mascarpone cream (contains eggs)
3) Tiramisu al pistacchio - pistacchio tiramisù
4) Dolce tricolore - chilled, layered dessert of crushed amaretti cookies aromatized with honey and rosemary, ricotta cream and topped with caramelised seasonal fruit
5)Torta "Black Magic" - olive oil, mascarpone and dark chocolate baked dessert. Bakes itself up into 3 layers and tastes like a dream, between a cake and a mousse.
6) Fantasia al Caffè - chilled layered dessert containing crushed amaretti cookies, coffee and ricotta cream, topped with dark chocolate and olive oil sauce (eggless)
7) Crostata di mele e nocciole - Apple tart with a hazelnut pastry base
8) Mousse di cioccolato e arance - Dark chocolate and orange mousse

Some desserts are made in a large serving to be sliced up and divided amongst everyone and some are made in individual portions. Feel free to check with us if you need clarification on this matter,

Matteo shared few of his family secrets on how to make perfect ravioli and Tiramisu we made with Nadia was delicious.
