On a visit to a well organised organic farm, surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, we will learn how to select Wine, cheese, honey according to the season and also how to shear sheep.

We will learn the golden rules for selecting the freshest products for authentic Italian cuisine.

We will learn how to recognise if the products are fresh as well as how to recognise organic food, without following the industrial rules of the market.

Finally, we will taste an authentic lunch on the farm even helping the owners grandma to make homemade tagliatelle.
