I am a gourmet vegetarian chef and bean to bar chocolate maker of Samaritan Xocolata, living in rural mountains of Costa Rica. I have written a cookbook using readily available foods in Costa Rica to make international cuisine. I also make organic dark chocolate, from locally sourced beans. I have an airbnb room available for guests who want to come and enjoy my cooking and learn from me, either about vegetarian cuisine or chocolate making.
