ABOUT THEEXPERIENCE
I like using locally sourced organic products in vegetarian and vegan international cuisine. I can introduce you to local Costa Rican fare, as well as Indian, Thai, Mexican, Italian, Mediterranean, and other tropical cuisines. I can teach you techniques of bread making and baking, but my specialty is organic bean to bar chocolate from locally sourced organic cacao beans.
ABOUT THELOCATION
I live in a small rural village near Central America's highest peak, Cerro Chirripo. There are several artisans in our area who make cheeses, hot sauce, soaps, artisan breads, and jams and preserves. Many of the neighbors have elaborate gardens with fresh, organic produce. There are several local farmers markets regularly throughout the week where we can purchase fruits and vegetables to prepare amazing meals.
