ABOUT THEEXPERIENCE
My dining proposes a reinterpretation of the classic Tuscan cuisine, reviving the ancient recipes and sharing the legendary tales that accompany these age old recipes to provide you with a simple method to produce these mouth-watering dishes.
You can have the cooking class at your apartment or at my home. I usually do special cooking classes at my aunt's kitchen. My aunt is my inspiration, she taught me the old recipes and all the secrets that accompany them.She lives in the heart of the Chianti site, a delicious village called San Gusmè. This particular cooking classes usually remain in the guest's heart.
ABOUT THELOCATION
I live just outside the city of Siena, in a cosy apartment, where we can cook or inside or outside the house. Outside we eat under a veranda with a beautiful view towards the countryside.

We had an absolutely fabulous day with Marta and her husband who came to our villa for a cooking course. Marta is a very sweet lady who clearly is passionate about the food of her Tuscan heritage. Taught by her Aunty, she showed us beautiful recipes and tips to make amazing Tuscan recipes. Her knowledge was immense and demonstrations were very clear and easy to follow. We learnt to make bruschetta, pasta, roast beef and a Tuscan rice cake. Everything was perfect and we couldn’t have wished for a better day. I will definitely do a cooking course with Marta again!
