I am forty-six and since I was younger I like cooking with my aunt that now is eighty-seven and she still cooks! I have had always a big passion for travelling and sharing cultures and stories with other people. This passion added to my passion for cooking brought me to start this new activity of cooking classes. My husband, who is a good cook, sometimes help me and together we revisited old recipes. I have been studying English for some years and I spent also few months in London. I would like to have the possibility to host people and teach them Tuscany recipes and if they would be interested we could have a cooking class also with my aunt!

We had an absolutely fabulous day with Marta and her husband who came to our villa for a cooking course. Marta is a very sweet lady who clearly is passionate about the food of her Tuscan heritage. Taught by her Aunty, she showed us beautiful recipes and tips to make amazing Tuscan recipes. Her knowledge was immense and demonstrations were very clear and easy to follow. We learnt to make bruschetta, pasta, roast beef and a Tuscan rice cake. Everything was perfect and we couldn’t have wished for a better day. I will definitely do a cooking course with Marta again!
