#Me and my team love sharing what we know about Rome and roman food and we're looking forward to show you this part of Rome through our eyes: the eyes of locals who everyday fall in love with the Eternal City culinary tradition

Fabio has always been a traveler and a world citizen; however it doesn't matter where he goes, at some point he always misses Rome, almost as it if was family. He attended Ritz Escoffier école de Patisserie in Paris ranked in the top 5 cooking schools of the world, and afterward created and managed the most successful line of American-style steak houses in Rome—in fact, the first in Italy: T-bone Station in 1996. In 2004, Fabio opened That’s Amore Restaurant in the center of Rome near the Trevi fountain. Nowadays, more than 250 kitchen lovers choose That’s Amore Restaurant every day relying on the expert hands of Fabio's chefs team. Returning to his first love, cooking, he started a cooking school Fabiolous Cooking Day with a mission: to create hands-on culinary experiences for giving an authentic taste of Italy to travelers from all around the world. The mission of the company is to make travelers learn through experiences, to enjoy Italian cuisine like a true Roman: shop in colorful markets, taste typical street foods, and make pasta or pizza using traditional recipes. Now classes are offered in six unique venues in Rome, including pizza- and pasta-making courses in the restaurant.

A great experience. Monica our host was so attentive and patient. Learned how to make real Italian pizza and was given lots of tips by her. We then sat and ate it with lovely wine and delicious puddings. Great atmosphere. Super restaurant. So recommended. Monica was super.
