I was fortunate..a chance meeting with Debora in the Piazza Signorelli in Cortona!! We set up a day to tour the Tuscan countryside with Debora, then dine with her and husband Chef Ryan in their home that evening. What a great experience...the day with Debora was outstanding. The evening...I felt like family. Ryan, Chef Ryan, had prepared an outstanding Italian meal in their beautiful kitchen which we enjoyed at their family table in true Italian style. We enjoyed a plate of several delicious antipasti with them, along with wine and great conversation. Primo was spaghetti with a wonderful meat sauce with more wine and conversation, secondo.. Steak cooked to perfection and beautifully presented, then of course dessert and more wine and lemoncello and conversation. The meal was one heavenly taste after another and Ryan and Debora combined professionalism with familiarity to give us a great experience...an experience not to be missed when in Tuscany
