Languages: English and some Italian

I first came to Italy from California about 12 years ago for cooking school. While I was here, I met my Italian wife and I have been here ever since. I have worked in a couple restaurants, plus I have learned a lot from my mother in law perfecting my knowledge of Tuscan/Italian food. Then I worked for a friend for a couple years who taught a weeklong cooking class. That's when everything changed for me! It was so much fun and I got to work with different people from all over the world! After that I got my own job teaching a weeklong cooking class. But after 3 years with them, they told me they were not able to do it fulltime anymore. That is when my wife and I decided to start doing them by ourselves!! So now were are here in Pergo, Cortona in our new house offering cooking classes and privet lunch or dinners to the visitors that come from all over the world!
