A love story that never ends: a love for the traditional kitchen, for the vegetable garden I cultivate and for the guests I am happy to welcome in my wide kitchen right in the heart of Tuscany. The "The 12 Italy" project was born from these simple and crucial assumptions and from the desire to share the original Tuscan recipes handed down for generations so that they can’t be lost in the future.
