It was a wonderful evening and the highlight of my days in Venice. Massimo answered questions via email before I left the USA, asking questions about allergies and menu. Massimo is gracious, warm, and a wonderful host. I learned how to make focaccia, egg pasta. This was not only verbal instruction, but hands on experience blending the egg with the flour and kneading the dough. An evening with Massimo is one of the best ways one could spend time and money while in Venice. Museums are nice. This evening was unforgettable. Do not hesitate to book a cooking class with him.
