Forget all those fancy restaurants that give you a cold feeling of pure tourism, let's join us to find out more about best of Vietnamese cuisine. Dinner served by 2 retired chefs (my parents) - Mr. Trung and Mrs. Thanh with the highest tastes as possible comes with fresh, healthy source of food.
Having dinner with a friendly Vietnamese family that can give you different stories about the lives after the Vietnam war will be an unforgettable experience for any guest around the world.

ABOUT THEMENU

Have a look at the list below and pick up the main course food that fit you the most (3 maximum main courses for one dinner):

Appetizer (compulsory):
- Watermelon / Pineapple / Plum (depends on season).

Main Course:
- Vietnamese lotus delightful salad (Shrimps, pork with lotus and sour sauce).
- Fresh spring rolls - not the fried one (Beautiful combination between shrimps, pork, different types of salad and vegetable, dipped in special homemade peanut sauce).
- Dip-fried shrimp with flour and salad.
- Soft thin vermicelli / Vermicelli noodles with marinated char-grilled pork.
- Traditional fried rice with more than 10 different ingredients. (special course of the 2 chefs).

Dessert:
- Vietnamese flan cake (egg pudding cake) mixed with coffee and ice.
Or
- Cool jelly with different flavors.

ABOUT THELOCATION

Our home is located in district 6, it is also surrounded by lively neighbors every evening, especially in the nearby restaurants and karaoke. Not so noisy, but interesting for sightseeing the lives of the Vietnamese just a few kilometers away from the city central.

Having your dinner on the 4th floor of the house with the view of a garden and enjoying the cool atmosphere in the evening. We plants our own herbs and vegetables in our aquaponics system there, and will be serving you fresh from the pot!
