ABOUT THEEXPERIENCE

Through my dining experience, the guest will taste traditional flavors related mainly to my homeland, the Basilicata and the adopted hometown of Perugia. Let me know beforehand if you have any food preferences or allergies so that I can prepare in advance.

You will be served a range of dishes, from homemade pasta to desserts which are my specialty. The dishes will be associated with the season, and also fish dishes (the Spanish paella, pasta with monkfish and swordfish, squid or octopus ...) , the guest will be spoiled for choice!

The price of the menu refers to a complete proposal, appetizer, main course, side dishes and dessert. If necessary, the choice of another dish involves the increase of 9 euro.

ABOUT THEMENU

From the tradition of Lucania:

Appetizers / side dishes:
Mashed fava beans and chicory, Vegetable aunt Antonella, Ciambotta, zucchini scapece, Baked Potato raganate, stuffed peppers, tripe salad, croutons Lucan

First dishes:
Spaghetti with codfish, Ricotta ravioli with butter and sage / fresh tomato / meat sauce, cavatelli with broccoli, Lasagna and chickpeas, beans and cavatelli, Strascinati (squeezed pasta) with meat, Fusilli with breadcrumbs

Main courses:
Salt cod vineyard, cod salad (with peppers bran), fish soup, tripe Potenza, lamb with cheese and eggs, baked lamb cutlets

Desserts:
Ricotta and chocolate tart, cake grandmother, Bocconotti, Biscuits Lucan with spirits of the house.

From the tradition of Perugia:
Crostini Umbria, panzanella, stuffed text cake, cheese cake, barley salad, salad Trasimeno bean, Pappardelle norcina, Gnocchi with asparagus, Strangozzi with meat, asparagus and bacon Strangozzi, Cicerchie with sausage, sausage with grapes, chicken cacciatore, arvoltolo, Torcetti of gaite, Tozzetti Umbrian Baci Perugina, chocolate muffin, chocolate cake and cream.

ABOUT THELOCATION

My home is located along the main street of Via Corcianese, immediately after the Agip petrol station and at the intersection, you have to take the road to the right, that runs along the golf courses and ending with our yellow house. My home is on the first floor.
