I had a lovely meal with Manisa and her husband. We ate delicious Puri, curries, and dal! Finding vegan food in Singapore is rare and expensive. To my surprise and joy, the whole meal that Manisa prepared was vegan!

Manisa and her family treated my partner and I to an authentic Indian meal full of interesting flavours! There was absolutely no lack of taste even though it was purely vegetarian. It was nice to meet the two other guests from Italy and France as well! Great experience

I had the opportunity to join 2 guests, Lisa and her daughter, who came from US, to dine at Manisa's place. From the start, Manisa had given us some clear directions on how to get to her place, and we were welcomed by her and her son, Ojas, with a nice refreshing glass of watermelon juice. My guests, Lisa and her daughter, Nikki, had some dietary restrictions of being gluten intolerant, lactose intolerant, and are also sensitve towards paprika. After expressing this to Manisa, she had deliberately put in some great efforts to cater to it, allowing Lisa and Nikki to enjoy some Indian cuisine that has no gluten, no lactose, and no paprika. The amount of creativity that Manisa has, allowed her to modify her cooking to accommodate the dietary restrictions. She made us some chapatti using gram flour, followed with some air fried bindi, lemon-spiced daal, and some basmati rice. To top off the night was a nice molten chocolate lava cake which she also made gluten free and dairy free. I'm impressed how she managed to pull of those dishes without the use of any form of gluten, lactose, nor paprika. Kudos to Manisa!

Me & my husband had a lot of fun dining with Manisa & Family. They are a super enthusiastic bunch of four with many interesting tales to share about their experiences in India,Malaysia,Indonesia & Singapore. The food cooked was absolutely delicious & was perfect for our vegetarian taste. We also took a stroll around their beautiful condo after dinner ( all thanks to the over eating :) and their adorable daughter kept us entertained with her stories and talks. In all - great hosts, food & ambience. Totally recommend the experience!
