Master the art of French Baking in this 2-day course - Learn how to bake French Petit Cakes (a small cake with crunchy rind and mellow filling) & Petit Fours (a small bite-sized confectionery or savoury appetizer).
CLASS FORMAT:
- A short introduction about myself , class structure and ingredients.
- Demonstration of each recipe, followed by hands-on session by participants.
- Discussion with myself including tips, techniques and troubleshooting (throughout class).
NOTES:
Please bring containers to pack your cakes if you do not intend to consume the cakes on-site after the class.
The class will occur in the professional baking studio of ToTT @ Dunearn, Cooking Studio 2
