I was raised in a traditional Italian family where lunch and dinnertime were very cheerful moments. Every day, at least twice a day, we would sit down all together, engage in a lively conversation and seal that unique family bond, while enjoying one of the most wonderful pleasures in life. Healthy in season ingredients and the incredible creativity of our family made it even more special. I can still remember the rituals, odors and voices that hinted it was about time to gather at the dinner table. This habit stuck with me and here I am with my husband Gaetano, happy to share our Mammas’ and Nonnas’ traditional Italian recipes with friends from all over the world. Our menus are a rare blend of both Roman (me) and Neapolitan (him) dishes. We can’t wait to welcome you to our house!
