Tenderly cooked salmon with Parmesan – sweet and savoury! (Accompanied by risotto, honey sauce, white wine and grilled mushrooms)

My menu will be a culinary delight for your taste buds! I will be incorporating many professional techniques to make this expert dish. You are in safe hands with me as I am a Private chef in Paris!

The dish is inspired by numerous internships and experiences during my years of training. It is a pleasure for me to play with the tastes of sweet and savoury food and to combine them. Now I’d like you to discover this culinary universe of mine and experience the best thing to eat in Paris: gourmet French cuisine!

Ce mets que je vous présente seras un DÉLICE ! pour vos papilles ..!! , de nombreuses techniques professionnel ( comme habillé et le levé les filet de saumon , ou encore réaliser le risotto ..) serons nécessaires pour la réalisation de ce plats . Surtout pas d'inquiétude! il relève aussi d'une grande simplicité de conception pour les amoureux de la gastronomes que nous sommes ...

Mon plat en une inspiration de mes nombreux stage et formations au cours des mes expérience jouer sur le sucré salé est plaisir immense pour moi que j'aimerai vous faire découvrir à travers cette univers culinaire qui es le mien .


The salmon is fried on one side only, grilled with Parmesan cheese and the risotto is perfectly cooked in chicken broth seasoned with tarragon, bay leaves and thyme.

Ingredients: salmon steak 170gr / person, flour; Risotto: rice (arborio), a chicken carcass for the chicken broth (onions, carrots, mixed herbs), Parmesan cheese
Spices: salt, cinnamon, fresh pepper from a mill
Other flavors and herbs: tarragon, thyme, bay leaves
Le Saumon cuit a l'uni latérale gratiné au Parmesan authentique avec son Risotto cuit à la perfection au fond de volaille parfumé a l'estragon, laurier et thym .

INGRÉDIENTS : un pavé de saumon 170gr /p , farine
Risotto : riz (arborio) carcasse de poulet pour le fond de volaille ( oignon,carotte,bouquet garnis) parmesan
CONDIMENTS : sel, cannelle, poivre du moulin
ARÔMES ET HERBES : estragon , thym et laurier

Florent was an amazing chef! we had such an incredible experience and his food was incredible. Our menu consisted of a salad with a boiled egg, salmon and a really lovely risotto, and a deconstructed tiramisu! it was unreal! read more about our experience here : ) I would happily go back to Florent for dinner!
