ABOUT THEEXPERIENCE

The Raclette is a traditional Swiss cheese, made from semi-firm cow's milk, It is usually fashioned into a wheel of about 6 kg and most commonly used for Swiss dishes based on heating the cheese and scraping off (racler) the melted part.

This dish will be accompanied by small and firm potatoes, dry méat and gherkins. It's reaaaally yummy!

ABOUT THEMENU

First a starter will be served with dried meat from Valais and some other finger food according to your diet ( if you are a vegetarian for instance we can prepare hommus, guacamole, etc) The Raclette will be the main dish (2 bottles of white wine included)
For dessert, Swiss chocolate mousse or Passion fruit mousse.
Coffee and tea is also offered in the menu
