ABOUT THEEXPERIENCE

I invite you to my home for a lively and fun dinner to introduce you to the traditional cuisine of Bologna.
It is going to be a traditional dinner (with tablecloths and cloth napkins and ceramic plates changed for each course seated and served at the table) with the traditional cuisine from Bologna: Tortelloni ricotta e spinaci, Tortellini in brodo, Tagliatelle al Ragù (Bolognese Sauce) and Lasagne alla Bolognese.

ABOUT THEMENU

We start with the presentation of the classic Ragu Bolognese, then we have presentations of the unique tastes of Prosciutto di Parma, Parmigiano Reggiano and Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. There will also be a buffet table with snacks and aperitifs.

Tagliatelle al Ragù (Bolognese Sauce)
Lasagne alla Bolognese
Fragole o Pesche alla Big Carlo (Strawberries or Peaches)
Tiramisu Big Carlo style
Water and excellent wines (Spumante and Red Wines “riserva”)
For each course, you can watch the dishes being prepared at the table directly, just as they did once in families of Bologna.
