We offer cooking class at home in Kasugai city near Nagoya. We will make and eat Japanese traditional noodles called "udon noodles" or ``ramen noodles`` from wheat flour in addition to one side dish. You will learn how to make and cook udon noodles in the authentic Japanese way and hear about the history behind each dish during the class. We will use a bar of dried bonito and kelp to make Japanese basic soup stock (dashi).

What you need to know:

・The class starts at 10AM
・Duration：about 3~3.5hours.
・Included in the price：aprons, tasting Japanese condiments, learning tips and history about your dishes, drinks, English recipe printed out to take home, pictures.
・Drinks: maccha green tea, green tea, barley tea, coffee and tea
・Minimum participants：1 person
・Max participants：7 people.
