ABOUT THEEXPERIENCE

Hi, I’m Air Chanrat Karatna. Home Dining was launched many years ago via online travel agents and tour operators. I’m very proud to share my experience on Bonappetour’s community. I was a tour guide for a leading inbound travel company, owner a bistro (from 1997 to 2004) and run Thai cooking class since 2004 at home "Air's Thai Culinary Kitchen". The building is on the family's land 1.6 acres of tranquil. An ideal setting for a home kitchen and the land belong to the generation and very long time ago. My former experience in tourism inspired me to help visitors learn various aspects of Thai culture.

ABOUT THEMENU

Our Thai dinner I will serve Chiang Mai Larb (Stir fried minced pork with herbs and spices northern style) and fresh vegetable side dish, Green curry with chicken, Fried chicken wings (wingettes/flats) Thai style, Clear soup with Tofu and/or mixed vegetable with chicken or minced pork. Serve with Jasmin Brown rice and White Jasmin rice or White Jasmin rice and Riceberry. And seasonal fruits.

ABOUT THELOCATION

My house is located on the East of the city . The property is situated in a peaceful residential neighborhood. The land belongs to the generation and I am the third generation of the family.
Located in 1.5 acres family area. 15 min to/from the airport, 5 min to the train station. The dining room is surrounded by herb and spice gardens that I will pick and use in the course making the Thai cooking a truly unique experience. My location is along Charoenmuang road, the alley is opposite Sarasas Withet school name “Nongprateep Road”. About 100 meters from the beginning of the alley, on the left side you can see the slide gate with sign “9/2 Nongprateep Road” I will be there to welcome all of you.
