Tsukiji fresh seafood shopping, making sushi platter using fresh ingredients from the fish market and miso soup. Two different kind of sake will be served with lunch.

9:30 to 11:00 Strolling in Tsukiji Fish market

We will meet at Tsukiji fish market at 9:30 am.
After strolling the fish market, visiting Namiyoke shrine to get to know the history and fish mongers customs. We will visit the marekt and buy sushi ingredients such as fresh tuna, sea scallops and shrimps.

11:00 We will head to the instructors home by taxi near Yotsuya station.

11:30 Starting to make sushi with the fresh seafood we bought at the fish market.
We will slice the fresh seafood for sushi and cook miso soup. There are 7 kinds of sushi in a plate.

12:30 Meal time
Lunch will be served with sake. the instructor/ sake sommelier will prepare 2 different kind of sake, both go with sushi. Japanese tea and sweets will be served after the meal time.

1:30 The class will be over near Yotsuya station.
