#It is shch a precious to shere how to cook Japanese food and introduce our culture to people from over the world. Also my interest is getting to know their food custom .

Starting my cooking class at home in 2016, I'm always exciting to meet new people who love cooking. I believe there are some common senses who love cooking and the cooking bring the people together with joy. I always feel becoming friends at the end of each cooking classes, during mealtime. I've worked as a fright attendant for 8 years and visited many countries. I found out each country and region has different food culture and that experiences opened my eyes for curious food and the culture. I moved to New York City with my husband and I've pursued my curious, "food" there. I attended culinary school, and attended and graduated graduate school of New York University, my major was "Food Studies". I researched food history, international cuisine, nutrition, entrepreneurship, management and more, every thing related to food. I also disciplined at kitchen in a French restaurant for 3 month and works at catering company for 3 month when I was in New York City. That was my special experience to get to know real kitchen work. Although I've had been a full time mom for 10 years since I got twins in 2004, I kept cooking Japanese food to my family using New York local ingredients. That experiences now help me to create my own Japanese recipes that the ingredients can be obtained over the world, also giving ideas of substitute ingredients for my guests who are not familiar with Asian vegetables. Since I worked as a flight attendant, I learned a lot about hospitality and service in my work. Then I studied food and cooking when I was in US, and those my experiences bring together and then I could offer cooking classes for tourists. This is my lifework which derived from my past experiences.
