I've been offering Japanese cooking class for tourists from the world from 2016. Cooking ramen is one of the popular menus in my class. Although most of bowls of ramen are added MSG to boost its tastes, my home made ramen is made of all natural ingredients. However, ramen noodles and gyoza wrappers are store bought.

The recipes call the ingrediets what you are familiar with, so you can bring back to your kitchen and cook ramen at home. The recipes includes perfect runny egg yolk seasoned egg.
