I heard that Japanese food is very salty but it's not. Please learn how to use soy sauce.
After the lesson, I love to take you to grocery store with you if you need.

We are located just a 7 minute walk from JR Tsukaguchi station, Also you can get off JR Amagasaki station which 1 stop from Osaka station.
We're in Residential area and It's nice to explore the local side of Japanese life, there is also a wholesale market in the morning!
There is new town in front of station so I can help you to get Japanese ingredients after lesson.

It was great experience! I often go to Japanese restaurant in my country. I really wanted to learn more local style meals this time. Masako taught me how to cook each dishes and specially her" okonomiyaki"( Japanese pancakes) was the best. She taught me magic ingredient " potato powder" and I could buy it at local supermarket where she brought me and helped me to find it after dinner!! Masako gave me her recipe and now I can cook them for my family!! I can't forget this precious experience and will go back again for sure!
