ABOUT THEEXPERIENCE

In front of a warm fireplace, or under a fresh gazebo, with good background music, you can enjoy the wonderful and colorful culinary preparations of me, Veronica. I will prepare several dishes of typical Brazilian food, including the feijoada, muqueca fish, baiao de dois, Peixada cearence, tropical pineapple chicken, etc. The dishes will also be paired with suitable drinks.
If you are a vegetarian, don't worry, I can customize a vegetarian menu for you.

ABOUT THEMENU

Appetizers (pasteis, croutons, fried season, etc)
Pasta dishes, at least two - choose fromVegetable risotto, Homemade pasta (ravioli, cavatielli, cannelloni, etc);
Main courses - choose from mixed grilled meats noble and seasonal vegetables or pan roasted chicken or lamb in mint sauce.

Our house is located in Monsummano Terme, a pretty village situated in the Valdinievole, in the province of Pistoia. between olive trees, vineyards and woods, at the foot of the hill of Montevettolini, where stands the beautiful Villa Medici, currently inhabited by the Borghese princes. On the banks of the Rio Bronzoli in a former mill eighteenth century there before the country cottage and now completely restored.
