I have been the first cultural chef to organize cheese tastingin Singapore 3 years ago (in fact it's more than a tasting session - lots of free flow of food). My experience is very cultural. People eat a lot of different variety of cheeses, combined with wine, breads, pizzas, dips, dried fruits, fresh fruits, sauces, creams, mustard, honey, olive oil, ham & many others.

I accompany the event explaining the protocol of cheese tasting, different cheese, milk, seasons, fats, and quality, with educational material, magazines, panels, & banners. Mimimum 12 participants, it can be done also at customers' venue, however price may vary depending on minimum number of participants.
