Learning how to make orecchiette is simple but all you need is a little 'patience and a good teacher.
Rita will teach you the techniques and craftsmanship to create a paste from the Italian story in your own home also helping to understand the diversity of orecchiette according to the flour used. Then? We can all gather to taste them! Meanwhile, in fact, Rita and son Mimmo Puglia DOC will be preparing a lunch / dinner to accompany the orecchiette prepared by you. What are you waiting for? ABOUT THELOCATION
Our apartment is located in the new area of Milan, in Porta Nuova. We are a short walk from Corso Como and from Moscova.
