I’m Rosemarie, an Australian of Italian (Calabrese-Sicilian) heritage who's called Turin home for ten years. I'm a passionate home cook inspired by Piedmontese and other regional Italian recipes and the seasonal produce I find at my neighbourhood market around the corner from my apartment. I've been giving voice to my passion for cooking on my blog, (, for over two years and I recently completed a professional cooking course run by Italy’s oldest chefs’ association.
