My boyfriend and I have been guests of the "gleeful" terrace at the beginning of May .... It was a pleasant surprise, a cool corner, flowered and relaxing in the middle of the Rome rooftops .. This space is very large, with a lot of plants and flowers, design boxes all made by Stefano: there is a corner for any activities, italian breakfast, yoga time, sunbathing, romantic dinner or just for a chat with its charming owners. We reccomend Fede & Ste's Terrace for a well-deserved restful moment at the end of the day!

A slice of heaven right in the middle of one of the most aristocratic areas in town. Forget the traffic or touristy restaurant. Here you can have a taste of authentic (and classy) Italian hospitality..as well as delicious food, surrounded by pot trees, fragrant herbs and flowers. Federica and Stefano (and their too shy cats) are the best hosts one could ever desire!

Federica and Stefano have one of the most beautiful terraces I have seen, their attention to detail and beautiful flowers and plants made dining at their Jolly Terrace a real treat. They gave us lots of information about the dishes they were serving, as well as Italy in general and their friendly, relaxed manner made the evening reaaly enjoyable. Everything was delicious, but the aubergine mousse starter was exceptional, and so was the Chianina burger. As for the home-made ice-cream, well I think the three servings I ate speak for themself! A most splendid evening in a wonderful setting, not to be missed!

Una muy buena experiencia para gustar los platos tipicos italianos y conocer la verdadera hospidalidad de dos personas muy simpaticas y con las que se puede hablar sin darse cuenta del tiempo que pasa. A probar la "pasta al pesto" una verdadera delicia hecha con albahaca cutlivada en la azotea. Bajo la carpa hemos transcurrido una horas muy agradables disfrutando de Roma de una manera diferente. Muchas gracias a Fede e Ste que también aprendieron palabras en español para que nos sintieramos como en casa!!!

E' vero che quel terrazzo è un'allegra esplosione di colori e profumi. Che ci sono piante e piantine di ogni genere e sorta, tutte prese qui e là durante i viaggi in giro per il mondo. E' vero che se mangi qui senti i gusti sani della natura: le olive sono quelle del loro alberello e il basilico arriva dall'aiuola di fronte ai fornelli. E' vero anche che l'hamburger di chianina e la caponata di zucchine meritano una visita. Ma è ancora più vero che il bello di un posto è dato dalle persone che lo vivono o lo creano. E questi due ospiti sono simpatici, vivaci ed eclettici. Con Federica puoi berti un'aperitivo chiacchierando e ridendo di filosofia, smalti, viaggi, libri, gossip o politica, comunque, sbellicandoti dalle risate. Con Stefano ti rilassi, sapendo che lui sa come coccolare l'avventore, anche con il suo silenzioso garbo.
