I have been cooking and writing about Moroccan food for nearly 20 years, have published one book "Culinary Adventures at Dar Les Cigognes" in 2007 and will be publishing a second book "cooking with Sanssouci Cooking School" in early 2016. Our approach to teaching is very hands on. We want the guest to get stuck in and cook, and to learn as much as they can in the time. We hope to give people a unique insight into Moroccan culture through the food of Morocco.
