I really enjoyed the workshop with Ryo and Claire. They are so nice and immediately made me feel welcome. I had the workshop okonomayaki and I not only learned how to make it, I also learned a lot about products from Japan and where you can buy it in the Netherlands. We had a wonderful time. We joined Ryo and Claire in their lovely apartment in Central Rotterdam for a Japanese cooking class. They were very accommodating of our requests ahead of the class and were able to be creative to accommodate our vegetarian requirements. Ryo and Claire were excellent hosts and made us very welcome in their home. The class was very informative and we learned a lot about quality Japanese products as well and new techniques and recipes. A really excellent experience, which we higky recommend.

Crossing Rotterdam, I decided to try an exotic experience for a while at Ryo's and Claire's. More than expected, wonderful tastes and experiments such as rolling takoyakies or challenging them to anafuda awaited me in this very comfortable place !
