Ram and his wife hosted us for dinner last Saturday. It was a fun evening getting to know our hosts and 3 other BonAppetourists. We enjoyed Ram's Indian and Mexican fusion food and creative cocktails. Ram and his wife are lovely hosts and very generous in spirit and sharing of their cuisine.

Ram and his lovely wife K are the sweetest and most caring hosts. From the first moment you feel that they put all their heart and passion into making your dinner experience enjoyable and memorable. Ram is not only a gifted chef, I will get to this later, but also a most creative bartender: he creates serious cocktails nicely matching the various dishes. And Ram is a real Curryboss. You will hardly find a better balanced Paneer Butter Masala – the rich flavours carry a complex and intense combination of spices and sweetness in the thick, silky gravy. It went beautifully with the satisfying Chicken Biryani and the crispy Papadum flatbread. Unfortunately, we couldn’t finish the delicious cranberry rice pudding. Ram is very generous with the portioning! Besides the culinary delights, it was a fun evening with lots of laughs with new friends, and lots to learn about authentic Indian cuisine, too. Highly recommendable!

Authentic Indian food, especially the curry! And the fantastic Indian cocktails, which Ram can adjust the ingredients according to your preference!
