I was born in Florence and still live in Florence. As I am passionate about food, wine, and its intricacies, I became a food and wine journalist. Throughout my career, I have written many books and collaborated with some Italian magazines. I am fortunate to be able to deal with wine and food tourism of the major European regions. My cooking combines the Tuscan tradition with the Emilia ones. My mother was in fact from Emilia, the region of tortellini and lasagne. I still have the family house where I grow herbs that I use for my dishes. Since six years ago, I have been offering home cooking classes and I teach to make fresh pasta. IMPORTANT: I cannot accept less than 2 people
