This course will teach you how to make one of the most popular Japanese dishes. You will learn how to prepare the filling of gyoza dumplings and how to wrap them. After all the gyozas are wrapped, then you will learn how to cook them. We will be using store bought gyoza skin to wrap the gyoza.

Once you master these skills, you can make your own gyoza dumpling or even create your own filling!

The hands on cooking course will finish by a lunch where you will be able to taste your creations. Dessert and Tea included.


We will be making two kinds of gyoza dumplings, pan-fried pork gyoza which is a standard gyoza here in Japan and also boiled shrimp gyoza. Vegetarian Gyoza can also be arranged upon request. Alongside the gyoza, you will learn how to make one vegetable side dish. After the tasting session, dessert and tea will be served.
