Expect to dine on seasonal produce. My menus reflect what is available at the farmers markets. If you wish you can attend with me and we can create a menu together.
Local organic produce is abundant on the South Coast of New South Wales, I use pesticide free, free range eggs and small farm produce wherever I can.
Enjoy a menu with local organic vegetables, seafood, lamb, beef, chicken, pork. All diets are catered for, if you need gluten-free don't worry I am very experienced at adapting recipes. Vegan? being a Yogi I have many recipes in my repertoire.
In winter we can cook on the wood fire and in summer we can dine outside overlooking the ocean in the backyard.
The cuisine is contemporary Australian. In Australia we draw our style of cooking from a multicultural source, expect Asian and European flavours and techniques.
I like to keep my food simple and allow the produce to speak for itself. I make everything from scratch. Expect a unique and very special experience.
