Insalata Russa (one of my friends favourites)

First course:
Lasagne al forno or Risotto (either with mushrooms or with seasonal vegetables)
Second course:
Pollo all'arancia
Local chees with homemade onion/pepper marmelade
Dessert:
Tiramisu or homemade Bonet (tipical local dessert)
