In the butchery business for more than 20 years, Ginger Pig has humble beginnings with 3 Tamworth pigs and a ramshackled farmhouse. Working with passionate farmers, they've now expanded to farming more than 3000 acres of privately-owned farmland to proudly supply their butchers' shops in London. Maintaining quality animal welfare and husbandry is of importance to Ginger Pig - they believe that if their animals are given the best care, they produce high quality meat.
