ABOUT THEEXPERIENCE

I have taught Indian cooking in Tokyo and Okinawa as well as at my school in the US after graduating from one of the finest culinary schools in the world, The Culinary Institute of America. I cannot wait to cook for you the most authentic, exotic, professional yet home-cooked fresh recipes from different parts of India, all with my own personal twist! Whether you are a tourist visiting Japan and are inspired to try all types of Asian cuisine, or a Japanese local looking to taste authentic Indian food without having to travel far, my experience is for you!

ABOUT THEMENU

In this menu, you will enjoy a vast variety of Indian recipes from North to South...So get ready to take a culinary journey!

There will be 8 dishes on the menu including a welcome drink and a dessert! If perhaps you have something particular in mind that you would love to try, just let me know your request!

1: Vegetarian or non vegetarian appetiser, such as Katta mitha panner or Mughlai chicken tikka

2: Vegetarian curry such as Panner Makhni or Veg Kadhai

3: Non vegetarian curry such as Murgh Malai Makhni or Butter Chicken

4: Raita or Salad

5: Basmati Rice

6: Roti

7: Dessert: Indian, Asian fusion or western deserts.

8: Welcome drink or Tea

ABOUT THELOCATION

I live in Roppongi, next on Spanish embassy and Hotel Okura. In sakura season the street near my house has the most beautiful view of Sakura flowers (cherry blossom). It's a beautiful, clean and very quiet neighbourhood. :)

Roppongi is also known for its amazing nightlife, so you can always check out the local scene after our meal. It is also a fantastic shopping district if you want to buy some omiyage (souvenirs).
